My daughter and all of us have been with Dr Geoffrey Au for more than 10 years. She is soon 10 years old. Dr Au is outstanding and very knowledgeable. MediCentral has a great customer service. They are multi-language. The centre is clean, quiet and the team always make sure all patients have mask.

Dr. Frank Zhu is an outstanding GP who has left a deep impression on me. During my consultations, their patience was remarkable. They listened attentively to all my concerns, no matter how trivial they might have seemed, and answered my questions with clarity, ensuring I fully understood my condition and the proposed treatments. Professionally, his medical skills are top - notch.

My family and I have been coming here for over 20 years, they were located in another building before moving here. Many of the doctors do not bulk bill anymore but many do still bulk bill and are excellent.

The medicentral is located at the centre area of CBD near town Hall station of Regent place shopping centre, the upstairs of townhall KFC. The centre is providing GP, pharmacy, physio & chiro, vision eye, TCM, x-ray & MRI and specialist services. The centre opens 7 days a week.

You must find Dr Alice Kim! She is the most fantastic and Patient Centre Care doctor I have ever seen. She is incredibly lovely, kind, responsible, and highly professional. I felt truly cared for and supported throughout my visit. Highly recommend!
